Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) for Alopecia

Alopecia is an auto-immune condition that affects individuals in various ways, resulting in unique types of hair loss. Some may experience total hair loss on the scalp (alopecia totalis), while others may notice hair loss in patches on the scalp (alopecia areata), or even hair loss on the scalp, in addition to all over the body (alopecia universalis).

The manifestation of alopecia differs from person to person. Hair may regrow but then fall out again, or it may regrow at inconsistent interval's while in some cases, the hair loss is permanent and never recovers.

To address the areas affected by hair loss, scalp micropigmentation (SMP) can be a viable solution. Through careful placement and building phases during each session, SMP helps effectively conceal the areas where hair loss has occurred.
